I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not very quiet, but being on the 5th floor offered great views of the city. However, the bathroom was a bit tired and had a strange configuration. The staff, especially Massimiliano, were all very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for exploring Florence, being close to all the main attractions.
The hotel was not as spacious as expected, making it uncomfortable for our family of three. The noise was a significant issue during our stay, but the service was exceptional, especially Antonio in the restaurant. The location was fantastic, very central to top tourist attractions. However, the dining experience was lacking variety and could be improved.

The hotel had great views from the building but unfortunately, the room was extremely hot, the air conditioning didn't work despite seeking help, leading to discomfort and lack of sleep due to sweating and itching. The room was smaller than advertised and located near a noisy staff service lift that disrupted rest.
The hotel offers fabulous rooms with a separate sitting room, very clean and well maintained, and facing the square. The service was exceptionally helpful and efficient, especially with the staff member Beatrice. The location is excellent for easy access to the train and all the wonders of Florence. The dining experience was delicious with pastry, fresh bread, and a nice view, though it could have had more variety. Overall, a great choice for your stay in Florence.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms had a lovely view of the piazza, but there was quite a bit of thrumming noise, most likely from other room's air-con. The walls and mattress needed painting as they had terrible wine stains.
